Gathered Lampshade Workshop with Chloe Jonason

We are very excited that Chloe Jonason will be joining us this Autumn to give you a step by step lesson on how to make a beautiful gathered silk sari lampshade.
Gathered lampshades have never been more popular and now is your chance to learn how to make your very own.  Created out of gorgeous silk saris with a hand pleated lining and, for the ultimate professional finish, a hand sewn trim.
Open to everyone, no experience necessary, but a keen interest in hand sewing a bonus!
What is included:
You will be given a making kit along with sundries and fabric provided by Chloe.

Coffee/tea and a light lunch and refreshments are included.

Suitable for beginners and those with more experience too. Spaces are limited so please book early. The workshop will be held at Far From The Madding Crowd in the village of Leavenheath, CO6 4PU. We will be in touch nearer the time with the exact location and any further information. Tickets are non-refundable.

Chloe Jonason Interiors is founded on a passion for making things, with a clear ethos of sustainability and supporting local trade where I can. Chloe’s background is upholstery/soft-furnishings and from that, CJ Interiors has branched out into vintage textiles and unique homewares. All products are sourced from around the world and always handmade in her Lincolnshire studio.

Chloe offers a personable and professional service with a focus on quality. Her experience in designing, styling and creating interiors is met with a passion for ensuring each of her clients receives exceptional service down to the last stitch.
