Tori has a passion for creating bold, sculptural floral arrangements. When she moved to the Dedham Vale, she took on a garden with fields of roses that needed serious overhaul and maintenance. As an outlet of her artistic expression, she started to mark her weekly progress in the garden by creating posies from whatever she could forage. Tori likes to celebrate nature and the shifting seasons by bringing flowers and sometimes huge, whimsical branches of blossom into her home. She now grows cut flowers and greenery in her garden to create made to order seasonal bouquets and supply local florists for events. Tori has used succession planting in her garden design so that she has blooms available throughout the growing season. Tori is excited about discussing key elements of floral design such as colour, texture, form and mood with course participants and sharing her passion for flowers as well as practical tips.

After working as a city lawyer for over a decade, Tori followed her dreams and moved to the Dedham Vale with her family. She has thrown herself into country life with her cocker spaniel and chickens, renovated two properties, redesigned the gardens and planted woodland and hedgerows. When she isn’t gardening or working on an interior design project, Victoria can be found making hats, sourcing antiques, and occasionally sitting down to update her Instagram account @thecurveddoor which documents her daily life.
