A Taste of Rosé: Pairing Pink Wines with Summer Canapés
14th May 2026 / 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Join Annabel for an elegant evening of rosé and summer flavours, where vibrant wines meet delicate, freshly prepared canapés by Suffolk based caterers, A Pickled Pair. In this intimate evening workshop you’ll taste a carefully curated selection of still and sparkling rosé wines from across the globe, showcasing a range of styles, regions, and flavours. A moment to compare and focus on what you like from this popular style of wine.
Throughout the evening you’ll discover how rosé is made, the factors that shape its colour and character, and explore the surprising aroma complexities of this popular style. We’ll explore how to pair rosé with delicious canapes, what works beautifully, what to avoid, and why – offering combinations that will inspire your menus for the season ahead.
Informative, light-hearted and fun – leaving you feeling confident with your wine choices even when facing that wall of pink bottles at the supermarket.
*We recommend that you organise a taxi/transport for the evening. Do bring layers as we may be outside weather dependent.
Spaces are limited so please book early. The workshop will be held at Far From The Madding Crowd in the village of Leavenheath. We will be in touch nearer the time with the exact location and any further information. Tickets are non-refundable.
